About the hotel - Dilkash Hotel, Samarkand
Dilkash Hotel is a combination of sincere oriental hospitality and modern hotel comfort in the heart of ancient Samarkand. We have created a space in which every guest — whether a traveler who came to explore the masterpieces of architecture, or a business tourist — feels at ease and comfortable.
Each room of our hotel is designed for a relaxing stay: comfortable orthopedic mattresses, climate control, high-speed Wi-Fi, modern bathrooms and all necessary accessories.
Terms of stay
For a comfortable and safe stay of guests in our hotel, the standard rules of accommodation apply. Check-in is carried out upon presentation of an identity document (passport). Early check-in and late check-out are provided by prior arrangement, subject to availability of rooms.

Free cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours (1 day) before the arrival date. In case of a later cancellation or no-show, the hotel reserves the right to deduct the cost of the first night's stay. When booking at a non-refundable rate, the payment will not be refunded. |
Cancellation policy
1. Booking and payment
Room reservations are made online on the website or through the reception and accommodation service.
To confirm your reservation, you may need to make an advance payment or provide your bank card details according to the terms of the selected tariff.
Payment is accepted in the national currency in cash, by bank cards or by wire transfer.
2. Check-in and check-out conditions
Check-in time: from 14:00.
Check-out time: before 12:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to prior agreement, subject to availability (additional charges may apply).
Check-in is possible only upon presentation of the original identity document (passport).
3. Cancellation and modification of the booking
Standard (refundable) rate: free cancellation or modification of the reservation is possible no later than 24 hours before the arrival date. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show, a fine in the amount of the cost of the first night's stay will be charged.
Non-refundable rate: in case of cancellation, date change or no-show, the prepayment will not be refunded.
4. Accommodation with children
Children under 5 years old stay free of charge without providing a separate bed.
An additional seat is charged separately according to the price list of the hotel.
